- Road test vehicle and try to verify concern
- Scan of vehicle computers on O.E. and Generic Side for
trouble codes.
- Follow Manufacturers detailed trouble shooting charts to
determine the cause of the fault.
If at this point the problem was unable to be verified and/or there were no trouble codes stored in the computers we will move on to Vehicle Research -$25 Flat Fee(.2-.5hr)

If at this point we still do not have the clues we need the fix you car we proceed with a in depth analysis of all the major systems.
