Just to set the record straight on this one "THERE IS NO LITTLE
MACHINE THAT TELLS YOU WHATS WRONG"  There are infact
a number of very expensive components used by a highly
trained tech in a very analytical process to determine the
problem.  You may notice some garages make it sound simple
but you end up there over and over and over with the same
concern.  Our process begins here
  • Extensive customer interview
  • Road test vehicle and try to verify concern
  • Scan of vehicle computers on O.E. and Generic Side for
    trouble codes.
  • Follow Manufacturers detailed trouble shooting charts to
    determine the cause of the fault.
If at this point the problem was unable to be verified and/or there
were no trouble codes stored in the computers we will move on
to Vehicle Research -$25 Flat Fee(.2-.5hr)
  • Review O.E. Service bulletins
  • Review Expert Case Studies
If at this point we still do not have the clues we need the fix you
car we proceed with a in depth analysis of all the major systems.
Advanced vehicle Analysis - $75/Hr
